It is very easy for women to attain paradise.

After accepting Islam, any person who dies in a state of faith while following the Sharia, Allah Almighty will make him the heir of His blessings-filled Paradise. Both men and women are equal in this, both have to fulfill their responsibilities within their respective spheres. Men have more responsibilities as the head of the family, and women have relatively fewer. By fulfilling these limited responsibilities, they will be deemed worthy of Paradise. The blessed hadith is:

عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللّٰه صلی اللّٰه علیہ وسلم :((إذا صلت المرأة خمسها وصامت شهرها وحصنت فرجها وأطاعت بعلها دخلت من أي أبواب الجنة شاءت ))[1]

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: “If a woman prays her five prayers, fasts the month of Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from whichever gate she wishes.”

In this hadith, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) promised a woman Paradise if she fulfilled her obligations. The first pillar of Islam is the affirmation of the pure word. Without it, Islam does not exist. Zakat was not mentioned because not every woman has the Nisab, and Zakat is obligatory on only a woman who has the Nisab.

[1] Sahih Ibn Hibban: 4163, a hadith to this effect is narrated in Musnad Ahmad: 1683 on the authority of Abdur Rahman bin Awf.

Similarly, Hajj is also obligatory only for those who can afford it.
The Sharia has made it obligatory only for men to go to the mosque and pray in congregation, pay the Friday prayer, fight, maintain social order and meet the financial needs of the household. If she performs any of these religious duties in a time of need, it will lead to high ranks and rewards for her. The basic responsibilities of a woman in performing deeds have been explained in this blessed hadith and she can easily become an heir of Paradise by following them. Now she only has to avoid those things that will take her away from Paradise and send her to Hell or those things that Allah and His Messenger have cursed out of anger. She should try to avoid these things. Allah Almighty will bless her with the hospitality of His gardens of blessings.
