Use a toothpick before every ablution. If Allah wills, your teeth will be protected from every disease. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: *
“The toothpick is a means of cleaning the mouth and pleasing Allah.” (Nasa’i, Ahmad) * “A prayer in which a toothpick is used during ablution is 70 times better than a prayer in which a toothpick is not used.” (Bayhaqi)
1. Chew the food thoroughly and eat it. 2. Grind 50 grams of onion and kalonji and then make small balls of it. Then place one ball on the coals and inhale the smoke that rises from it. Doing this will relieve toothache.

If you have pain in your teeth due to heat, mix 3 tablespoons of pure vinegar in 2 cups of water and gargle with this water. 4. By rubbing fresh bark of kaikar slowly on your teeth, your teeth will start to become firm and the bleeding from them will also stop. 5. Grind 50 grams of charcoal from the wood of the tree and 25 grams of alum, then filter it and apply it on your teeth in the morning and evening (before performing ablution). Doing this strengthens your teeth and stops the bleeding from your teeth.
6. Dissolve one teaspoon of alum and half a teaspoon of white salt in half a liter of lukewarm water and gargle with this water to make the gums hard and the teeth strong. 7. Boil the bark of the jamun in one liter of water and strain it. Add a little water to this water.
Mix alum and salt and gargle with lukewarm water every morning and evening to relieve gum pain and strengthen the gums. 8. Rub salt on the teeth and gargle with lukewarm water mixed with salt daily to relieve all dental and throat problems. With the permission of Allah Almighty, avoid tooth and gum diseases: 1. Keep the mouth clean and tidy. Brush your teeth before every ablution. Clean your tongue and palate with every ablution. Place the toothbrush on your tongue and pull it from the inside out so that the plaque on your tongue comes out. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to do this too. There is a hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to rub the toothbrush on his tongue (Abu Dawood). 2. Do not eat hot food. 3. Brush your teeth after every meal and drink, or at least rinse your mouth thoroughly. 4. Dissolve 10 grams of baking soda in a large glass and gargle with this water. 5. If you have toothache, mix crushed Kalonji in water and warm it and gargle. Mix equal weight of salt in crushed Kalonji and use it as a gargle. * Gargle for cleaning teeth: Take out the kernels of corn stover, dry it and burn it in an empty stove, mix a little salt and a little alum in this ash, grind it and keep it in a container. At night, while sleeping, apply this gargle on your finger or toothbrush and brush your teeth. Rinse it with cold water after 10 minutes, your teeth will remain clean. Inshallah.
