Recite on olive oil and blow on it. Then rub it.
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“Eat olive oil and rub with it, for it is from a blessed tree.”[3]
There is no harm in going to the toilet after rubbing with this oil.

Recite supplications by placing your hands on the painful area:
It is narrated from Hazrat Uthman bin Abi Aas Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him):
He complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about pain; he had been feeling this pain in his body since the time he embraced Islam. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him:
“Place your hand on the place where you feel pain in your body and say ((In the name of Allah)) three times and then recite this supplication seven times:
((أَعُوذُ بِاللّٰہِ وَقُدْرَتِہِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُُ وَ أُحَاذِرُ))
((I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I find and what I fear))
And it was narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“When you feel pain, place your hand on the place of pain and say:
((بِاسْمِ اللّٰہِ) وَ(بِاللّٰہِ)(أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّۃِ اللّٰہِ وَقُدْرَتِہِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُُ مِنْ وَجْعِي ھٰذَا))
I seek refuge in the power of Allah and His power from the evil of what I find and what I fear.
“(In the name of Allah) and (with trust in Allah) I seek refuge in the honor and power of Allah from the evil of this affliction of mine.”
Then raise your hand and do the same again.”
